My life changed forever when I was diagnosed with IBD (Inflamatory Bowel Disease) - Crohn's Disease & Ulcerative Colitis.

I remember the day I heard the words " no cure" from my doctor. I could not fathom a life that consisted of a small radius around a toilet. If I dared to go out I had to have the keen sense of an animal to know at any given moment where I would be able to sprint to a stall to relieve myself and then after the pain subsided try to recompose myself to journey back into public awareness.

Having Crohn's Disease or Ulcerative Colitis is no way to live the magical life we deserve. I had found the answers to many questions in life and I realized I had a new quest.

That was in 1989. I learned about IBD; Crohn's Disease & Ulcerative Colitis and the dialogue that went along with this physical malady which had been unwillingly thrust upon my life. Words I had never heard of before, like fistulas and colonoscopy became everyday conversation. But I never once heard the word "cure" in any of these conversations.

Like finding a buried treasure, I uncovered documents and publications including medical journals written by doctors and scientists that explained the dynamics that create these horrific problems as well as simple protocols that re-establish the normal environment of the overworked and underpaid bowel that most people take for granted.

Now this puzzle of information to relieve the symptoms of IBD; Crohn's Disease & Ulcerative Colitis, have been assimilated and condensed into a blueprint to allow you to be able to return to a normal life.

Does it work? I can only speak about myself and the incredible changes I have witnessed in many others that have followed the simple advice. I eat whatever I please without any apprehension and have for over 10 years now. My life is one of travel and working to raise money for the less fortunate children of the world.
